The weekend nearest to Ettore Bugatti’s birthday on September 15, the Enthousiastes Bugatti Alsace (EBA) – as with every year since 1983 – organize a three-day celebration of ‘Le Patron’s’ legacy, the BUGATTI Festival, with the entire town of Molsheim being transformed.

A legion of BUGATTI cars rolled into the grounds of the Château Saint-Jean for the start of the celebrations. After a tour through the Alsace Wine Route, the 70 classic and modern automobiles began winding their way back to Molsheim for a public exhibition of the cars in the Parc des Jésuites.

The prize-giving ceremony included the headline Grand Prix Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., which this year went to a Type 35C. The Trophée de la Fondation Bugatti was awarded to a Type 57C Stelvio Gangloff, the Type 49 Coupe Weymann won the Trophée Lalique.
