The world needs us as steady as we can be. WE need us as steady as we can be!

When the good moments come, let’s savor them, but not let ourselves go unconscious to the changes that need to be made— personal, community-level, and global.

When dread overtakes us, pull in the sensations of goodness— current, remembered, or anticipated.
